Once you reach level 70, most of the game opens up in the form of campaigns. Campaigns are how Neverwinter structures its endgame content and content updates. Typically, the further down a campaign is in your campaign journal, the more recent it is and the harder it is to fight enemies in those areas.
Most title updates and DLC achievements include these campaigns. When a new mod is released, it usually comes with a new campaign and more achievements. Since Neverwinter updates frequently, completing these achievements usually means keeping up with your gear and leveling up your character. You can run all campaigns at the same time.
You are not bound by having to complete one before you can start another, except for a recent example regarding Cult and Omu. If you're new to the game and just hit level 70, it's highly recommended that you don't really try to play every campaign at once.
Suggested Order To Progress Campaigns
Each campaign typically includes repeatable quests each day to advance the campaign's tasks, and the total amount of work required to complete each campaign at once increases. If you're starting from scratch and trying to do everything you need to do every day, you're looking at a minimum of six hours of gameplay in campaigns alone, which isn't practical for the average player.

Efficiency is extremely important to completing Neverwinter. This walkthrough is structured and designed to make the most efficient use of your time in completing the campaigns, and each campaign has a "daily/weekly checklist" of what you should try to do each day for that campaign as quickly as possible
possible to do without spending real money on the game. Each campaign page is also designed to be read once and then revisited only when needed. You can choose to do just parts of the plan or more, but each campaign page is designed to show the most efficient way to complete it.
Still, the number one piece of advice is to take a break when you start feeling tired, or to do less each day, or to skip days. Even the most patient Grind Achiever will feel the strain trying to complete all campaigns at once. Most campaigns cannot be completed in a week and are usually locked in such a way that you can only do so much each day to progress.
Suggested Order To Progress Campaigns
Most campaigns have achievements, but each campaign gives boosts, which are bonus stats you can select for your character (similar to feats of strength) as you progress through that campaign. This walkthrough includes a page for each campaign, but also provides a disclaimer for each campaign that does not have achievements directly associated with it.
Still, you should aim to complete all campaigns for the boosts, not necessarily the achievements. Since this game updates frequently, it is important to acquire the boost so that you can keep up with completing endgame content in the future. For the campaigns with achievements, the walkthrough will show you how to get them, but collecting the boost is also important for progressing other achievements.

Campaigns don't update as quickly when new content comes out, so there's a good chance you'll be "outsourcing" many of these campaigns very quickly. This is positive as it makes completing older campaigns much easier. Feel free to put older campaigns on hold and focus on the newer ones to get stronger so you can go back and flip through the older content.
Going through and quickly destroying everything is a lot less stressful than struggling in an older, outdated area. Disclaimer: These tips assume you've reached level 70 and want to attempt to complete Neverwinter completely. Buying A Campaign Completion
This list contains exactly the campaigns you should prioritize based on their structure and value. Just choose. For information about each campaign, see the relevant page in the walkthrough. There are two other walkthrough methods worth mentioning for those players who have money to spend and want to buy their way through Neverwinter.
You can purchase Campaign Completion Tokens from the Zen Market for some Zen, either by converting your Astral Diamonds into Zen, or by purchasing Zen directly. When this is purchased, all campaign tasks will be completed automatically and you will be able to choose any boosts you have unlocked in that campaign.
If you're considering that option, Storm King's Thunder would be the only real campaign that might be worth checking out. This seems to be the campaign many people are buying the ticket for rather than working towards completing. If you're thinking of going this route, read the campaign page first, try it out for a few days, and then decide if you want to pay the money.
The second method is a much easier and more widely used way to advance in a campaign. There is an item in Neverwinter called the Gift of the Genius. These can be found in Lockers and can also be purchased from the Tarmalune Trading House.
Buying A Campaign Completion
When you purchase a Genie Gift, you can open the campaign shop menu of specific campaigns and exchange the gift for a certain amount of money from that campaign. Here's another way you can spend your Astral Diamonds to complete campaigns faster. The only downside to this is that Genie Gifts can usually only be used in THESE campaigns and are not available for the latest endgame content.

It is common for these to be purchased to progress in the Thunder King's Storm campaign and to complete the Icewind Dale campaign. Every weekend, Neverwinter hosts some type of event that increases revenue in some areas of the game.
Sometimes this can be double experience or double refinement stones, but every once in a while there will be a double currency bonus for one of the older campaigns. Events like double experience can be useful for leveling up your second character, double honing stones are always popular in the game as they greatly increase the amount of gems and power tokens you can get, but achievements require you to focus on those with them
related events focus campaigns. You can view upcoming events by going to Social --> Calendar --> Upcoming Events. If you see that a campaign you're working on has a 2x event this weekend, save any weekly quests you receive on Monday and turn them in during the double event for double the weekly currency
