by Mondrac o'O Black and White aren't the best, but you can also play cards like Weathered Wayfarer, Knight of the White Orchid, and Gift of Estates. Deep Gnome Terramancer is another option if your party plays with a lot of finds. Another thought I had when building an Esper deck: Gift of Estates will allow you to carry 3x Ruffin Towers because the spell doesn't specify base type, Ruffin actions, and basic land types.
I can see it being a bit of a problem if played too early in midrange/tempo builds as all your low mana plays are being controlled/removed so you may have to discard them , but I think it's because the towers can be driven around.

No less than that. I use it to help ensure a good mana base, but in the case of your build, switch to Chromium (if you have a dry hand or a good removal or two, nothing else). Regardless, this could be another fun card to try out a copy of and see how you like it.

My early tests work pretty well for Esper to guarantee mana, but the deck I'm going for has low mana permanents, so casting it even on turn 2 isn't generally a problem. I like cards that give a beneficial effect on an event you're not going to in the first place.
I saw you asking for help, this commander is great. I'm not sure what your budget is, but I'll make some suggestions at different price points. Here are some of the cards I cut: Angel's Grace, Cleric Class, Angelic Pact, Treasure Chest, Book of Exalted Deeds, Panharmonic, Arcane Seal, Marble Diamond, Bonfire, Mass Calcification, Brave Elements,
New Cleansing, Flowing Chalice, and Gift of Estates to Me About Why More explanations can be given, but generally these cards are low-impact, less useful than they might appear, or off-topic. Some of these are life gains or ETB benefits, but they don't have many ways to make them work.

I see a wincon through the fight with the deck. Giada is the ramp in the command zone, but only for angels, and only has 17 angel spells in the starting list. Gida 2 Giada and hitting all your land drops means we can send 4 CMC Angels on turn 3. Many of the Angels have high CMC, but they save a lot of cost.

That's why I think you need more squares and more drawing. Arch of Orasca, Geir Reach Sanatorium, Sea Gate Wreckage, and War Room are all utility lands you can run in mono to help you hunt for colorless mana and draw. There are seven more cards left to add it again.
I would go with Karmic Guide, Twilight Shepherd, Battlegrace Angel, Angelic Sleuth, Herald of the Host, Dawnbreak Reclaimer, and Aegis Angel. generation To get this deck, trade the cards listed in the Mayboard section for the following: I tend to run a high land count in my 5-color decks (37-39 seems to be "normal" and your mana base more
competitive will allow you to run less and resolve reliably, but 34 with 7 would hesitate to drop from MV Commander). Since you're not at full size in your deck, you have room to cast in places, and since opponents sometimes do "find a base" effects, you'll probably want one per base.

Extensive growth (exploration) requires finding a basic land, so you either add basic stuff or switch with Nature's Lore or Wood Elves. I think a few more creatures would help, Birds of Paradise is a good source of ramp, Ignoble Hierarch is slightly worse, and Tireless Provisioner offers the best Lotus Cobra (you can use both IMHO).
You get lands, obviously, if you run enough. If you use both, you'll probably need all 10 Fetch lands and even run Crossan Verge, which is great with Trioms. Really $$, but Urza's Incubator is a powerful card in Dragons, even your commander perks. Really weird, but I guess the herald's horn and path of descendants are pretty sweet.
If your creature count is building up overall, lurking predators can take out several dragons per turn cycle, and you'll still have to cry when you can't find any creatures. These include Dragon's Horde and Dragonspeaker Shaman.
