If the deposit amount requested exceeds the total duration of your stay, no refund will be given. Guests wishing to cancel a reservation with a reservation fee must contact Hawaiian Airlines directly for HawaiianMiles redemptions.

Cancellations are not permitted after the rental date and time. 2,500 miles up to a maximum of 300,000 miles can be redeemed for rental car award bookings made using HawaiianMiles. Early or late pick-up and early or late drop-off and any return to another location is subject to a penalty or fines payable by the hirer directly to Avis and Budget.
