We are a family apostolate founded in 1974 to bring people closer to Jesus through the love of our Mother Mary. We are committed to the Magisterium and registered as an oratory with the Archdiocese of Baltimore and are fully funded.

We offer the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, confession and many devotions in the Chapel of Our Lady on Fridays and First Saturdays. We organize many activities and events in our conference room. The Beloved Bookstore and Gift Shop offers a wide selection of excellent Catholic books, beautiful religious articles, and sacramentals that celebrate the Good, the True and the Beautiful.
All proceeds go to support the Centre, along with generous private donations. The Central Marian Shrine of Our Lady is a place to connect with your wider Catholic community and find resources and support in your faith journey. Come to Mass, go to confession, and stop by the gift shop to learn Catholic news, learn something new about the faith, and make new friends!

Entering a long tree-lined lane nestled among roaring rivers, we find ourselves miles away from thriving nearby businesses. Our quiet areas are populated by deer, wildfowl and the occasional blue ant. There is a statue of the Virgin Mary in a steep cave, and the Stations of the Cross are on the banks of a meandering river.
