If cancellation is not possible due to immediate processing, please use our easy returns process. To see if we can update your shipping address, please contact madewellforever@thredup.com - include your order number and new address. Multiple items can be shipped in one package if return slips are included. Email us at madewellforever@thredup.com with your bag number or kit tracking number and we will process the kit for you. Drop off the package at any USPS or FedEx location. Madewell stores do not accept packages and all packages must be dropped off at any USPS or FedEx location.
