From Kami, Primal Lordship, Flesh of Agunas (swap for Enchanting Summons) Ulvenwald Oddity Flip (swap for Prime Wrath) Spear Breaker Behemoth (I have a copy of this card to give you in exchange for Heroic Intervention.) Ascendant Acolyte - Maybe cut? Good card but I think you can do better.
Changing Shadows, save only if you have a lot of creatures with ETB effects. I mean at least 10. Blackblade Refurbished, Boneguard and Fireshrike can be upgraded for additional sync tools or auras. For example Bone Sabers, Fractal Harness and Luxir, Gift of the Gudda.

Search for devices with counter keywords, then do the same for Aura. You should absolutely play Sword of Righteousness by looking for cards that have "progress" for creatures that farm rather than rain early game creatures. I highly recommend Experience One and Gear Sage! Gear is 100% better than the wizards I talked about below.
vv Most ramp spells in the deck cost 2 or less CMC. 3 is good. But they want to play sooner rather than later. Cards like Tanuki Transplanter are great spells, but you only need 1 or 2 ramp spells in your deck that cost 4 or more.
I would keep this card in the deck depending on how the rest of your deck looks. Rampant Rejuvenator is another 4cm rampant. It coordinates with your counter theme, but it's a very safe ramp since it has to die and your deck doesn't play soak spreaders like Phyrexin Alter.
On the plus side, it's best to eat the meat and wait until it clears the rest of the table. These are tough decisions we face. You have to cut one of these cards. Keep Bear Umbra, it's better than the above two and has the same CMC.

I would cut most of the lands that enter the battlefield, they really make your first game. It's okay to have a few, but they are worth it. Somehow it would be nice if New Capina was a conspiracy realm that didn't eat stone into the weather light force.
Then it would make sense if there was some leftover Serark in Luxier Gida's gift. Or Sierra is somehow a light shifter who is Elspeth's mother - too slow a story to write. The new Capina was ruled by angels (as a conspiratorial kingdom). Most of this speculation will have to do with Elspeth's plot-reel/plot/plot-spark.
Status: I control Will Kenritt armed with Lucir, a gift from Gida. My opponent controlled Royal Element, and played a land to control it. When I re-equip the weapon, will the Royal Elemental ability only affect creatures and the ability to have a static effect like Aura be reduced?
Or does Reel maintain control as only a creature can think of when he's on target? Legend has it that Gideon's Oath and Joda the Coward's Oath will make your planeswalker strategy faster and faster. Luxar, a cannibal weapon gift that can be eaten and turns your pilots into bats.

Bone Ward isn't legendary, but the static ability in this list is legendary. Cruel waves aren't legendary again, but growing up to play pilots will only speed up your time. Enjoy the moment I have a few super friends lists and enjoy the moment I put this card on all of them.
My search led me down an interesting path involving a dedicated Druid + Luxier, Gaida's Gift, which has literally no place in the deck. However, I found it surprisingly workable. Dedicated Druid 2 can be used as a way to "stock up" mana for a round, so we can get to 6, and Lucir, Gaida's gift (not very useful by itself) can be found in our 4 Urza Saga and makes infinite sense.
A delicious combo, definitely a way to throw big things. Is it worth it? Probably not. Definitely fun to mention! Actually the best option I can think of right now is the singleton Elvish Reclaimer because it really does a lot (it's been in and out of the deck a few times).
Even without enough mana and some amulets, you can pay the contract and get the land you want. It's not the strongest card in the shell, but it's not terrible either. But is it better than surfing? It's hard to say. Absolutely, definitely, definitely! This deck has made quite a few big tournaments recently.

The deck uses Stoneforge Mystic to get Luxir, Gaida's Gift, and Viridian Longbow. I'm sure there are a few other key two-drops that would be useful as well, besides the limited healing droid and visor. The deck happens to run both an exorcism specialist and a postmortem lounge, so Tevar, Jubilant Briller is already in.
I'm excited to see this deck perform as well as it can :D Dynamic District Free Mana Land You can use it for mana after battle. The clone will become a non-legendary Jared Kartalion a planeswalker (not a creature) and enter the battlefield with the appropriate number of loyalty points.
The effect of Lucir, Gida's gift on the original Jared is not reversed.
