Kyoto Gift & Food

AM - 6:00 PM Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Sunday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. A great little place to get your Japanese cooking fix. Lots of options and prices were better than I expected. There isn't much selection compared to big Japanese stores like Marukai, but if you live in National City or Chila Vista, this little store is very close and convenient.

They have everything you need to cook authentic Japanese food. A great place to find ingredients for Japanese dishes and fresh sushi/sashimi/poke made to order. It's always fun! I live in this city and found this place while riding my bike. I'm so glad I made everything fun, tasty and unique.

We needed the Japanese market! ? I love this little Japanese shop. I come here for our favorite snacks for kids (seaweed, sweet biscuits, mochi) and adults (various types). I recently tried the poke bowl and it was really good. Just the right portion size and fresh ahi flavor, I didn't need to add fish flavor to eat it (like other places I've been).
