One of Lena's favorite items has always been her family's delicious recipes for fruit jams and butters. From a young age, Lina had a special place in her heart for her ability to turn any harvest of fresh fruit into jams, jellies and preserves that the family could enjoy all year round.
Before long, Lena began receiving requests for jam and butter from English families living in and around the Amish community, as well as from people outside the community. It was 20 years ago when Lena finally gave in and started offering her jams to everyone.
With the help of a local printer who designed labels for her jams and butters, she began labeling jars and making her delicious jams available to everyone. Once you've tasted one of Lina's delicious creations, we're sure you'll agree that Lina's attention to each and everyone makes each of her delicious juices and fruit spreads a distinct delight.
