Jacks Gift Card
JacksCard is compatible with Apple Wallet and Apple devices including iPhone and Apple Watch. Physical JacksCards are integrated with antenna coils and electronic chips, enabling access to buildings, campus dining transactions and more. There are three separate accounts in JacksCard: Meal Plan, Dollar Meal and JacksDebit Express (JDE).
Be sure to read the Terms of Use of your JacksCard. For Flagstaff campus students, their registration deposit covers the cost of their JacksCard. If they choose a physical card, they are subject to a replacement fee when they lose or damage their card. Submit a photo of your JacksCard, fill out the extended campus form and email us with a photo or scan of your government ID.
Dining Dollars purchased in the fall semester carry over to the spring semester and expire on the last day of the spring semester, usually early May. The JDE does not expire at the end of the academic year; it rolls on. Inactive students may lose funding if they are not enrolled in classes for three consecutive semesters.

This Agreement is between you, the buyer, and Delicious Dollars, LLC ("Issuer"). By purchasing, accepting or using your Card, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, and where applicable, the Jack's Family Restaurant Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Agreement or the Jack's Family Restaurant Privacy Policy, do not purchase, use or accept the Card.
IMPORTANT: This agreement provides for the resolution of disputes by arbitration instead of in court. Please read this section carefully. It affects the legal rights you may have and requires final and binding individual arbitration for most disputes rather than resolution in court. Arbitration is submitting a dispute to a neutral arbitrator, instead of a judge or jury, for a final and binding decision, known as an "award".
Available Jackscard Formats
Arbitration provides more limited discovery than in court, subject to limited review by the court, and the results are confidential. Each party has the opportunity to present evidence to the arbitrator in writing or through witnesses. The arbitrator may only award such damages and relief as may be awarded by a court of law and shall comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

You and Publisher both waive, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any right to seek or recover punitive or exemplary damages and any right to pursue any claim on a class, collective, joint or combined basis. This agreement to arbitrate extends to claims you assert against other parties arising out of or relating in any way to this Agreement or the Card, including without limitation claims against Jack's Family Restaurant and its subsidiaries and related entities.
The agreement establishes a transaction in interstate commerce and the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement. This agreement to arbitrate will survive termination of this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, if any part of this agreement (other than the waiver of the right to a jury trial and the waiver of your right to pursue a class-based claim) is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement shall be subject to arbitration.

To commence an arbitration proceeding, you shall serve upon Issuer's registered agent for service of process: CSC-Lawyers Incorporating Service Incorporated, 50 South Perry Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36104, USA. Payment of all filing, administrative and arbitration fees will be governed by the JAMS Rules, except that for claims under $1,000, you will pay $25 and the Publisher will pay all administrative and other fees.
How Much Does A Jackscard Cost?
In addition, for claims of less than $1,000, the Publisher will reimburse you a $25 fee if the arbitrator rules in your favor. Reasonable attorneys' fees and costs will be awarded only if such award or awards are available under applicable law. Each arbitration shall take place in or near the county where the claimant resides and shall be determined by a single arbitrator;
provided, however, that at the request of either party, arbitration shall be conducted by telephone to the extent permitted by the JAMS Rules. Arbitration may award the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive relief). Judgment on the award can be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
THE PUBLISHER AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF THE CARD IS UNSAFE, WE ARE YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY, AND WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT CARD ACCOUNT.
APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT PROVIDE LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS OR SPECIFIC DAMAGES. If this law applies to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. Governing Law The laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to principles of conflicts of law, will govern this Agreement and your use of the Card except that the Federal Arbitration Act will govern the application of the provisions relating to arbitration, and unless that arbitration law.
