We've had the incredibly useful Starbucks app on our phones for ages, and it's up there. We love using the mobile order and pay feature in the app to customize our drinks before even stepping foot inside the store. I was visiting my local Starbucks this morning like I do every day.

It was a very busy morning as it is almost every morning and I was amazed how every worker spied about doing their work and stopped to help others with small simple tasks in between their own work.
I counted eight employees at one point moving in just to take care of business. Nice to see a "let's do what we have to do" approach instead of "it's not my job". This great group of people has something great coming up and I really appreciate them.
They are always very purposeful in greeting everyone when they come through the door and furthermore, bid them a good day when they leave. Most Starbucks I visit are very efficient, but this store stands out from the rest in terms of personal touch and excellent service.
I have yet to meet an employee at this location who was not so pleasant and kind and genuine. I want to say a big thank you to my local Starbucks family. They all do a great job and I hope they realize that they make a difference in people's days.
