immediately below this section). You and HIDIVE agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Harris County, Texas or the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division, and agree to any objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over the parties by such courts

However, the court may award such damages and injunctive relief (including punitive damages) judicially and publicly or in court on an individual basis and must follow the Gift Code Terms of Use.
