I ordered a basket online to deliver to friends at the Park MGM Hotel in Las Vegas. They never accepted it. I called and spoke to the concierge, the call desk and the hotel case. Everyone told me that in the hotel on 22.11.18. nothing was signed that they keep records of.
My friends checked everywhere in every department in a hotel... I ordered a birthday cake, a bouquet of flowers and a balloon for a total of 134 CAD. After 24 hours of follow-up, the cake finally arrived and it was not as ordered because there was nothing written on it, it was not fresh because it had been in transit for 24 hours and the separately charged balloon completely burst and wore out.
Very rude company as you can't contact them on the phone they provide. Only respond to email without taking their blame or criticizing the sender's work. Desired Outcome: I hope to be refunded the full amount of CAD 134 as the order was not fulfilled.
