Diy Hanukkah Wrapping Paper
This season, try using these party ideas to wrap your Hanukkah gifts in style. No matter how big or small your gift is, these gift wrapping hacks will add a personal touch of fun to any gift. Use traditional Hanukkah items and gifts as part of your gifts.
Dreidels can be tied with gift tags and ribbon. Or chocolate gelt can be attached to ribbons or decorative tape using glue dots for beautiful gift decorations that are fun and tasty. Make holiday stamps using simple shapes cut out of foam sheet and plastic.
Then, create a patterned gift wrap by stamping the designs onto the paper. You can make Hanukkah wrapping paper using plain cream or white paper and stamping your design with blue ink ($8, Amazon). A small paint brush, toothpick, cotton swab, or dowel tip works to turn the candle flame into a menorah.

Use a bone folder ($6, Amazon) for sharp creases. You'll need: Rolled paper cut to 8½x11 inches, double-sided tape, and decorative tape (such as patterned washi tape).

We used light pink wrapping paper with an abstract print ($25 for a 9-pack, Amazon). To make the bag, follow these steps: Once the gift is wrapped, it's time to dress it up with a beautiful ribbon bow and make it a personal touch. Choose something that complements wrapping paper like one of our handmade gift bows, or use wrapping paper itself to make beautiful paper bows that look good every time.
If you would prefer to use ribbon, you can also make a pom-pom bow or make a chrysanthemum bow using wide ribbon and a few simple cutouts. Pull out the math to make these Fiskars Gift Board Envelopes ($39, Amazon). Make simple gift envelopes and boxes with gift tags, scrapbook paper, double-stick tape, and decorative stickers.
On the outside of the box or envelope, follow the instructions given on the gift board. To line the envelope, repeat the steps for the envelope, except cut ½ inch off all sides and then punch the corners using the gift board. (We used a different paper for the envelopes to elevate the gifts.) Secure the envelope lining with double sided tape.
Fold it into a gift, and you're done. For this cut-and-fold detail, you'll want to use paper that looks pretty on the front and back. Cut the wrapping paper to fit the gift and then wrap it without checking the place. (We're just crushing the corners as a guide.) Remove the wrapping paper.
