In Chapter 6-A Rock and a Hard Place, Star Lord and his team will come to Knowhere to find Cosmo, but they must first travel through the marketplace to reach his abode. As your quest begins, your entire team splits up, leaving Star Lord to find Cosmo alone.
Having flown solo, you can look to the left of the square in front of you and see a giant hologram of a face that belongs to the Collector - Tanelir Tivan. Below the hologram is the entrance to the Collector's Emporium, where you'll find a museum filled with artifacts and rare relics gathered from across the galaxy.
However, tickets aren't cheap and will cost 5,000 credits to gain entry (you can still browse the gift shop on the right for a collectible). You may not want to spend a good chunk of your money here, as you still have a fine to pay.

Luckily, there's an easy-to-avoid option. There is a secret cutscene that takes place at the beginning of Chapter 6, right before your team splits completely, but the window is extremely short. After meeting Mantis at the original market stalls, you will continue to see a large red and white column made of rocks.

In the window you can even see Rocket and Groot talking to someone, but they won't answer you. You will need to immediately go to the door closest to the window to trigger this scene. If you walk straight a few more feet to where Drax stopped, another cutscene will cause the Guardian to disperse, and going back to the bar won't trigger the cutscene.
If you make it into the bar first, Star Lord will try to call Rocket, only to be interrupted by a mysterious alien pointing a gun at you. This character, Lipless, claims to know Star Lord and threatens to shoot you if you don't prove your blood oath, by singing a song with him.
When asked if you remember Lipless, Star Lord has to blurt out what he's up to (but choosing either option will do). To please the strange alien, you'll have to sing the song correctly with him and rekindle your forgotten friendship: if you misunderstand them—especially the latter referring to his liplessness—he will kill not you, but your sworn for life.

After talking to your crew, you will travel to Knowhere. Knowhere looks great but is very limited. There are lots of little details and easter eggs to be found, but they're all relatively accessible. This walkthrough will highlight some of the most important things to see and collect while in Knowhere.
Use this page to sing right with Lipless, find out Knowhere lottery and slot machines are just huge scams and more! As usual, you can interact with your staff while in Milan. This is the only time the workbench can be used in this chapter.

So if you are looking to set up benefits then do so before flying to Knowhere. During this time there is a fun interaction regarding Peter's toothbrush. As you enter the bridge, you hear Gamora leave and finally tell Drax that he is going to the bathroom.
Knock on the bathroom door to find out what Gamora is doing with Peter's toothbrush. Once you're done interacting with the crew, sit in the captain's seat to fly to Knowhere. As mentioned above, Knowhere looks big but is deceptively limited. However, that doesn't mean there aren't plenty to interact with and explore.
The main thing you should know about Knowhere is that everyone is trying to take your money. Most of the interactions you have will result in you intentionally giving away your money or losing it in an outright robbery. Remember that all of this is completely optional!

The purpose of the chapter is to find Cosmo. After meeting Mantis, you will find yourself near Mantlo's cafe. Go there immediately to trigger a long cutscene that leads to earning a free ticket to the Collector's Emporium. Once inside, you'll see Groot and Rocket, but most importantly you'll meet Lipless, a dear old friend of Peter's.

If you want to see lots of Easter Eggs, the Collector's Emporium is the place to go! After getting the free ticket from Lipless at Mantlo's cafe, you can enter the Collector's Emporium without paying the entrance fee. Inside, you'll find lots of fun displays for various Marvel Comics goodies.

When you're at the Collector's Emporium, turn right from the ticket office and talk to the Collector's Floating Head. There are three items to purchase in this gift shop, but only one is a gift for Gamora.
For 2000 units, you can buy Collector's Emporium dolls. As you make your way to the Rift Observation Deck, you'll see three children playing in the corner near the stairs. Don't interact with these guys, they will steal your money! Jump over the railing behind the children's play area and you will find a chest under the stairs.
