Second Day
Lamreh5. My home 6. Mie Aceh The flight route we used at that time was CGK → KNO (Transit) → BTJ. From BTJ airport, we immediately headed to "My House" hotel. What travelers need to know about staying in Aceh is that women and men who are not muhrim may not stay in the same room even if they have no bad intentions.
After leaving what we had at my house (because the check-in time was 14:00 WIB), we decided to have lunch at AW which is not far from the hotel. After filling up, we headed to our first stop, Indrapata Fort. Fort Indarapata was a fortified area from the Hindu kingdom in Aceh at that time.
From one castle, we went to another castle. The next fort is Inong Balee. Inong Balee is a fortress of war widows who at that time fought against Portuguese attacks. Actually, the main goal is not this castle, but the beach behind this castle. The sea in front of Krueng Raya Beach is ideal for surfers who like to dive without hesitation.

This dive site has an abundance of sea cucumbers 🙂 Satisfied with rain, they "dry" themselves in Lamreh. In Lamreh there is a white sand beach with a view of the blue sea with cliffs jutting into the sea. The journey to Lamreh was very tiring because we had to walk a long distance from the first station (the station is still far from the beach).
The Third Day
Only motorbikes or 4WD vehicles can drive up the steep dirt road to the parking area near the cliff (closest parking to the beach). After enjoying the beauty offered by Lamreh, we decided to go back to the city. Before going to the guest house, we walked to a restaurant with Aceh Noodle menu "Ganja".
Why do we choose that menu? It is said that after eating aceh noodles "marijuana", the head will be "heavy" and the sleep will be happy. From this restaurant, we went directly to My House to rest immediately because our heads were very heavy and a long journey was waiting for us the next day.

There are 2 types of boats offered: fast boats and slow boats (ferry). They will all arrive in Sambang around the same time because the slow boat leaves one hour earlier than the fast boat. We also chose a slow boat because we could enjoy the view along the way from the open deck above.
