How to make gift tags easily? This small Ve R Memory Keepers tag punch board easily helps you create tags from 1 inch to 3-1/2 inches wide. Just imagine! You can make your own gift tags for Valentine's Day, Easter, Halloween, Christmas, birthdays and any other occasion.
Do you have all those scraps of decorative cardboard that you don't want to put up and don't know how to use? Isn't that a perfect idea for them? First, you need to cut out a rectangle the size of the sticker you want. In this case, the rectangle is 5-3/4 inches long and 2-3/4 inches wide.

Place the rectangle of paper below. Make sure the printed design is facing up and in the correct direction. Align the top right corner with the desired corner line. Pay attention to the line you chose! You must use the same line for both corners.
Place the blade in the cutting line and cut. There is a small knob that fits into the hinged cutting rail. The blade is then properly positioned on the track. Turn the paper over and place the corner of the paper, aligning it at the same angle as the first one.
Supplies Needed
Place the tip of the sticker under the hole and align it with the centering lines. Press the button to punch a hole in the paper label. Here you can be as creative as possible. Cut out the heart shapes, get out your decorative scissors, use the embossing tool to stamp the paper, rummage through the box of buttons and crafting supplies.
Washi tape comes in so many patterns that it's perfect for decorating labels. Go through your sewing stash. Fabrics, ribbons, lace, lace and other decorative elements can be used. I created banners on each of these tags using PicMonkey. You can use your favorite photo editing and design service.
Place the decorative elements on the gift tag. Play around with the elements until you get a nice layout. First stick the embossing paper on the label. If you've been following me for a while, you know that my favorite glue is Tacky Glue. Then use the label punch board to cut off the top corner of the embossing paper.

Then glue the other items in place. Notice that I eliminated one of the hearts at the end. As I started gluing the elements, the rose on the template spoke to me. It just had to be seen. So I remove the extra heart. I love the embossed papers on these tags.
Supplies Needed
Place the embossing papers on top of the template sticker. The red glitter heart is from Dollar Tree. The packaging has pink and red glitter hearts.
