The Canary, a new gift and home decor store, opened on Central Avenue in St. Petersburg on Thursday - just in time for the holiday season. The new store will feature a variety of items for people looking to spruce up their homes or find gifts for anyone from stepdad to college student, owner Allie Padin said.
