Sean Archer builds high-quality custom furniture and kitchen products using vintage hand tools inside his Knotty Woodpecker studio. He makes power tools or unnatural products from wood crafts. After teaching high school art for 7 years, Cassandra Buck decided to pursue her artistic passion full time. The recipient of the 2016 Rochester Mayor's Medal of Honor for Artistic/Cultural Achievement decided to open a shop to showcase her love of art, unique gifts and vintage items.
To find feminine style with a modern minimalist touch, visit Cassandra's store, Clover and Rose. Along with handmade jewelry, paintings, embroidery, and handmade cards in her studio shop, more than 20 local artists display natural soaps, candles, art, jewelry, and vintage items. Rare vintage clothing and home goods are our favorites, and so is Cassandra.

Vinyl records immediately caught our attention in the window next to the door. We couldn't resist flipping through the stacks of albums and reminiscing—mostly vintage, with some new. We also found cassettes and some tracks. The Moldy Peaches album was probably the funnest record we've ever had.
4. The Nordic Shop
A cornucopia of music, posters, prints, t-shirts and gifts fill the store. As our eyes narrowed as we scanned the store, we noticed a strange array of items for sale – vintage clothing and new skater hats lining the walls – as well as vintage styles of Nike high tops.
An antique refrigerator sits on a pastel green painted wall with a vibrant skateboard on it. On the opposite side of the shop, a beautifully restored bar occupies most of the wall, doubling as a counter. At the same time, we noticed an old sign near the bar that read "Mute Discounts".
Customers can get a 20 percent discount on an album with its name on it, 0 percent for family and friends, and a $1 surcharge for bad taste. Now that's weird! If you love spiral staircases and classes to create masterpiece gifts, a visit to Art Heads Emporium will be a fun experience.
Located a block away from Threshold Art and Tredom, customers can shop for gifts, but the classes seem to be the most memorable experience here. Of course, the store is filled with gifts, but a handmade gift means more. Each week, instructors lead classes on topics such as Van Gogh sunflowers, paint your own pet, acrylic art, clay sculpting, winter wreaths, sacred candles, and floral classes.
