That I am not proud of. There needs to be better communication between SurveyMonkey and users of this app. My issue is not the time between surveys, or the amount of money. I'm always happy with both. Surveys are done when I have time. No problem.

5 stars for that. 5 stars to the people who helped me. Jil, Alan, and tech guy. -5 for the automated hassle you go through to get help. I admit I overdid it. Hitting all their Social Media and BBB. But one does not have to struggle to get help.
Especially when they've made all the help links / email / call an automated phone line option suggested. I feel for your Customer Service employees. When we get over it. They have to deal with your companies disappointed customers. They can't set up the app in such a way that communication becomes a mess.
SurveyMonkey please read your negative reviews here and on the BBB. Try to answer them. Most ask how they can talk to someone after a week/month of trying. No need to be a paid app user to get proper help without any hassle. Signed, Crazy neighbor girl.
LoL This is my favorite survey app! Very simple and to the point. You answer surveys, and in return, you get paid. I have read many emails of people complaining and saying that they only get about one survey a week, and they want more.
A week ago I would have agreed, but I actually made $10 within the last week and here's how. Just because they don't send you notifications about surveys doesn't mean they don't exist for you. One day last week, I went to check my balance, and there was a survey waiting for me.

They didn't send a notice. And now, I do at least 2 surveys a day. Meanwhile, they only send me notifications once a week / maybe every other week. Just go check the app every time. Sometimes there is no survey waiting, but sometimes, there is.
I try to check at least every hour and I actually completed 2 surveys today. I hope this helps anyone who wants more surveys. I think it's really cool. The only thing I would say about, is the number of surveys you get. I only get 1 per week, and each one gives you an average of $0.75 which isn't much when you do the math.
However, I understand because many people are making your app. So if it's dollars and almost 300 play every day, it's a big part of the allowance. I just wish it could be upgraded, or get a bigger group of people. With so many people downloading it, there should be a decent amount of money coming in, and coming straight back.
Everything else is great. I really like this app. So if you're reading this I'll keep playing it. I really like this app. Please just do more surveys, or turn surveys into more money. Otherwise, this is the best survey app I've played. Better than other rip-off games.
I read some of the other reviews and they are the same but you haven't done anything about it. So please make a note of that. I understand that it may take time to figure out what's right, but you probably need a bigger team.
