The following Gift Card Agreement describes the terms that apply to your prepaid card account. By using the Card, you agree to the terms of this Agreement between you and Panda Restaurant Group, Inc., a California corporation, and its affiliates. Keep a copy of this agreement for your records.
About your account The card is issued to you by Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. Allows you to load dollar value onto your card for future purchases at participating stores. The dollar value you load on your card is only a prepayment for goods and services at participating Panda Inn stores.
There is no credit card, line of credit, overdraft protection or deposit account associated with the card. Except as otherwise required by law or permitted by this Agreement, any amount on your Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Panda Inn will not charge or pay or credit you with any interest, dividends or any other income from the funds stored on your Card.
Gift Card Disclaimer
The value associated with the card is not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) or any other government or quasi-government agency. Most places in the United States accept your card. Some Panda Inn brand locations may not allow you to use your card for payment, including some airports, grocery stores and universities, or stores in Puerto Rico and outside the United States.
We reserve the right not to accept the Card or otherwise limit its use if we reasonably believe that the use is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise illegal. Loading Your Card In the United States, you can load dollar value onto your card using a credit card, debit card, or cash when you visit any participating store.

You may not load more than $500 on your card. The minimum amount that can be loaded on your card is $10 at participating stores. Panda Inn may change the maximum and minimum amounts at any time by notifying you at the point of sale, by phone when you call or on the Panda Inn website, and such change will not constitute a change to this Agreement.
Card Balance Fees and Expiration Panda Inn does not charge any fees for issuing, activating or using your Card. Your card does not have an expiration date. Receipts and statements Cardholders are not sent statements of detailed transactions from the card account. You can check your card balance by calling 1-888-532-7126 or check recent transactions on your card by calling 1-800-877-8988.
About Your Account, Panda Inn Purchases Only
You will need to have your card available to access your account. The balance on the account for the Card will also appear on your receipt from the register of the point of sale. When you use your card, you'll receive a receipt if you ask for one, but you won't be asked to sign the receipt.
The receipt will show that the purchase was made using the card and will show the remaining balance on your card. You should keep your receipts and check your online statement to make sure your account balance is correct. Billing Errors, Corrections We reserve the right to correct the balance on your Card Account if we believe an administrative, billing or accounting error has occurred.
If you have questions about your transaction history or any correction, or if you dispute any transaction or correction that has been made to your Card, please call Guest Relations at 1-800-877-8988. Once the investigation is complete, we will conduct an investigation and communicate the results and correct any error we verify.

If no error is found, we will provide an explanation. We are not responsible for any billing error unless you notify us within 60 days of the date of the relevant transaction. You should carefully monitor your transactions and account balances. Liability for Unauthorized Transactions Because your Card is used as cash for purchases at Panda Inn, you are responsible for all transactions associated with your Card, including unauthorized transactions.
Loading Value On Your Card
If your card is lost, stolen or destroyed, the card cannot be replaced. Changes to this Agreement We may change the terms of this Agreement at any time, including any rights or obligations that you or we may have. If you have registered your Card, we will notify you by e-mail of any change, addition or deletion.
In addition, we will post the terms of the revised Agreement on our website. As permitted by applicable law, any change, addition or deletion will become effective when we post the revised Agreement on our website or as otherwise indicated in our notice. Unless we specify otherwise, the change, addition or deletion will apply to your future and existing Cards.
You will be deemed to accept the changes, additions or deletions unless (1) you notify us in writing within 20 days of the date of our notice or such other time as may be specified in the notice, or (2) ) your Card after the expiration of such
notice periods. If you do not accept the changes, additions or deletions, your card will be canceled and any remaining balance on your card will be refunded. Termination of this Agreement We may suspend or terminate this Agreement and revoke or limit any or all rights and privileges granted to you at any time without notice or liability.
