The latest app updates now require extra time to re-create your grocery list and even re-select your preferred store. When you search for items in a store or look at e-coupons, after looking at a certain item, it takes you back to the top of that page instead of where you were in the app, meaning you have to take extra time.

Hopefully Giant Eagle will improve this app soon. We love Giant Eagle; however, many competitors now offer street pick-up and home delivery options... maybe it's time to try some of them out.

Thanks Giant Eagle, I noticed that the app is always unresponsive in the evening. The store lost a $50+ order once because of this. Right now, Tuesday at 10:35 PM ESR, I'm having the same problem. However, even during the day, the app is very slow to respond.
