Central Florida's Gatorland just expanded, and its newest addition to this popular theme park is the Screamin' Gator Zipline! This amazing adventure is a one-of-a-kind experience that takes you high above the theme park from a bird's-eye view. Fly from tower to tower over steel cables at speeds up to thirty miles per hour!
But what makes this experience truly unique is that you get to soar over the pools and exhibits of Florida's most popular wildlife, the Florida alligator! These huge monsters will swim, zigzag and jump deep below you! When you enter the zipline area, you will be taken to a square room where you will be seated next to your equipment.

You will then watch a funny educational video about the rules of ziplining to keep yourself safe. You will be wearing a seatbelt the entire time you are in the danger zone. In fact, Gatorland teams have two rules: be safe and have fun! You will be taken through the park to the first tower where the Screamin’ Gator Zipline begins.
Here, you'll go over the safety rules again before taking your first jump, the Gator Grunt Run. This short and smooth zip is practice for future runs that will be much faster, much higher, and much longer. These other jumps can also be considered training for the penultimate jump, a whopping five hundred feet of zipline that starts seven stories up.
