it was a surprise that was shocking. today a member of the team called three hours before pick up to ask and inform if I would arrive later as I might have to wait due to unforeseen other guests in the same time window who have requests.

I was relieved when I committed to drop off the donation at the clothing center and wanted to walk it, which would take longer and make Frys wait. they are so good about communication. The thing is, when I walked with my clothes on, it was cleaner than if I walked in street traffic or a gate and worked out.
very specific for today and for me, but that's why I like freeze. bc the daily freeze seems to be a trader who is not a match. The pickup order app is difficult to use, and you can't add discounts that you have on your card to pickup orders.

You also cannot use paper coupons at the time of in-app ordering. Also, you either have to choose to allow the replacement or not, and THAT won't surprise you because you're not notified of the replacements in advance, they just do them. I am concerned because if I have selected substitutes that are fine for turkey sausages does that mean if they are out of stock he will suddenly get and charge for beef sausage?
I also found that if you don't allow substitutions and they delete something from your order and you get under $35, then they charge you a $5 pickup fee, which is unfair, and then you have to go through the customer service policy . Other stores have solved these problems, so there's no reason why a big chain like Kroger can't do it now.

I'm at their mercy and they don't love and they don't do a very good job. I am thankful there are grocery delivery/grocery delivery apps as I am unable to shop or prepare food due to ongoing health issues. The frosting was mostly delicious. I have seen several offensive comments from delivery people from various companies to customers who are too lazy to shop or cook for themselves.
If only. So I find that if my local store has certain items I need in stock, I have to shop the Freez app for delivery instead of Instacart if I want to be sure I get those items.. This has happened to me with a few stores, no claim

an Instacart customer to go to a specific location. I'm not sure why because I thought it was Instacart that was shopping at Frys even though I use the Frys website. Even though I try to get free delivery through Instacart, it's annoying to shop again and pay the $9.99 delivery fee and another tip when the Instacart app could go to a store 5 minutes from my house that had the storage I needed.
.not a store 30-40 minutes away depending on traffic. What I like about the Instacart app and wish the Freeze app would do is the ability to order +/- 1lb of deli meats etc. Since I'm limited to ordering 1 lb of deli meat, I don't eat that fast and it spoils.
