Freshly Gift Card

You earn one point for every dollar you spend on promotions and discounts (excluding purchases of gift cards, gift certificates, tax and shipping) at any Fresh store in the United States and/or on fresh.com. Membership is limited to individuals only and to one account per person.

A valid email address is required to register for the program. You must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States. By registering for Fresh Rewards, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Program is void if prohibited by law.

Registration is free. There is no purchase required to become a Fresh Rewards member. You can participate in Fresh Rewards online or at any Fresh store in the United States. To register online, go to fresh.com/us/accountcreate and click Create Account. You also have the option to register after completing an online purchase.

To register at one of our Fresh stores in the United States, please contact one of our Fresh Beauty Consultants and they will assist you with registration. You earn one point for every dollar you spend on net merchandise on promotions and discounts (excluding purchases of gift cards, gift cards, tax and shipping) purchased on Fresh.com or at any Fresh store in the United States.

Points are accumulated automatically upon purchase; you must be logged into your Fresh Rewards account to automatically earn points for your fresh.com purchases. When you shop at our US Fresh stores, let a Fresh Beauty Consultant know you're a Fresh Rewards member by providing them with your registered email address.

Fresh reward points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for rewards. You can access your Fresh Rewards account on fresh.com by logging in with your registered email address under the "My Account" button at the top of the website, fresh.com/us/login. If you need help, visit our Help Center at fresh.com/us/customer-service/ContactUs.html.

Send a message to customer service, select Fresh Rewards from the options, and view the email address registered to your Fresh Rewards account. Once you're logged into your account, you can check your status, points balance and activity at any Fresh store in the United States or on fresh.com, as well as redeem points for rewards.

Upon redemption, your points will be deducted from your Fresh Rewards account. As long as you have made a purchase at a Fresh store in the United States or on fresh.com within the last 24 months, your points will remain active. Your points will expire after 24 months of inactivity.

Points cannot be retroactively earned for purchases made prior to enrollment in Fresh Rewards. All Fresh Rewards members are eligible to receive a welcome gift at any Fresh store in the United States or on fresh.com when they sign up. We regret that we cannot send a welcome gift from fresh.com unless $1 or more has been purchased online at the time of redemption.

The offer is only valid for accounts with purchase activity in the last 12 months before the start of the member's month of birth.

Birthday rewards can only be redeemed once a year. Birthday reward cannot be combined with other dollar or percentage off sitewide offers and Fresh Funds rewards.
