However, the program itself is still very slow. There are times when you click something and it takes you back to the order screen. There are also a lot of clicks you have to go through when placing an order. I'm not sure if clicking can be simplified because there are so many options, but combined with the delay, it seems like ordering takes a long time.

If the lag is fixed, the click feeling won't be so bad. The main problem I have with this app is that on a $11 order it charges about $8 in sales tax in a city with a local sales tax rate of 8.25% .
Shrugging the rest will go, but no one in the US has a sales tax higher than 50% Second, seasonal items are not available through the app. So if I want seasonal concrete, I have to drive past and stop at the curb to order food - I usually order via mobile phone so I can do it exactly the way I want it to be with minimal error.

Well, I know that's not true. So I give her something at window 10 and she "shakes" me. I'm not a complainer, but she needs more training before serving customers. It won't help your business get customers.
