And it turns out that this certificate cannot be used for games (so what's the problem?) I'm not the purchaser. If you want to go shopping or go out to eat, you shouldn't go out of your way to go there. So if someone gave you a Foxwood gift certificate, they would be very disappointed.
I took her wife to the casino and got her a suite for her birthday. The suite was great as usual. Beds are very comfortable. The reception was very nice. There are many things to do at the casino. Fun shopping and lots of gambling.
Amazing she was our 4 day stay. We stayed at the Great Cedar Hotel. I would recommend the suites to anyone wanting to stay in the casino. What a confusing place! We visited the comedy club and had trouble finding where we needed to park, we parked at the Great Cedars Hotel and found that valet parking was free!

Valet quickly found our car when we left after the show! Signage is minimal, so check the website for a map of the property to get a rough idea of where you need to be. The complex is huge and it takes days to check everything out.

I gambled a bit on slots while here. There were so many cracks! The area was so beautiful. Drink service was very fast! This is his second time at this resort and first time at MGM. We stayed two nights to celebrate a friend's birthday.
Everything we needed was right there and we didn't even have to leave the hotel. MGM has several restaurants and bars, its own casino, shops and even a nightclub. Nothing beats the convenience of dressing up for a night out without lugging around a dress, eating dinner, going dancing, and pressing the elevator button when you're ready to call the night out! , eat, shop, visit museums and have a good time.
A shuttle takes you from casino to casino, so you can easily visit the many dining options. If you want Japanese wagyu beef, head to Craft Steak at the MGM Grand. Be prepared to pay $30 an ounce for wagyu beef. The Texas Onion Rings were excellent as was the Wagyu Beef Tartare.Our server was from Albania and her service was friendly and excellent!My wife and I often visit Foxwoods and Mohegan Her Sun increase.

It's not too far from the ferry to New London, CT so it's close. Grand Pequot is being upgraded. The hotel is very nice and although we didn't stay in the refurbished rooms we were able to see them. The old rooms are still very nice, although the furniture and decor are a little dated. The renovation brings the rooms up to date.
It turns out to be the tallest hotel in Foxwoods. Its flocks are more beautiful than grand cedar, and its ornamentation is more elegant. The bed was very comfortable and amenities included L'Occitane bathrobes and bath products. The hotel and our room were very clean.
I did not use room service during my stay. We went to the Comix comedy club and had a great time watching different comedians. The decoration in the room next to Paragon Restaurant is unique and very impressive, with large spheres surrounding the bar. They were playing the piano and the bar wasn't crowded.
It was my first chance to see Paragon. I was very impressed with the friendly, upscale yet very relaxed atmosphere. I would stay at the bar longer if I didn't have to catch a show - there was a menu of small dishes you could order at the bar and the choices were unique and very good.
Will definitely go back there and try. I was struck by the room as an intimate oasis from the busy casino floor.It was almost like a private club to me. There is a private casino directly above the Paragon Lounge. The Paragon restaurant itself is right next to the bar and was not busy the night we were there.

We didn't get a chance to see the restaurant's menu, but after the comics, we headed over to Cedar Grill, a lounge he serves late dinner in the area. My wife had the steak sandwich and I had the open turkey sandwich. both were great.
Foxwoods seems to be undergoing a lot of renovations. They updated and added a shop. And it seems like they're trying to offer more options for those like me who want to do something else while they're having a bit of fun. Definitely want to come back and stay at the Grand Pequot again.
