With the rowdy group in the bar area, your so-called quiet night can be ruined. Additionally, they have 2 large TVs set up at the bar, which can be distracting if you're facing the bar and watching a hockey game, instead of focusing on your food.
That being said, I made my 7:00 reservation and was seated right away...but across the door AND by the bar! No thanks! I want a nice quiet dinner, not around a prom group or wedding attendees who are loud and obnoxious, taking selfies and group photos.
I asked to sit somewhere else and the waiter said it would take a while. I think some people marked 'ears' on their tables because I saw a few tables where he would sit me. We stopped at the door thinking it would only be a few minutes.

We should have moved to the bar, had we known the wait was another 45 minutes. Another couple came in and not once did the waiter give them a "crummy" table. I wonder why they gave me?? Maybe it's because I get $40 off my $100 meal deal that I get a crunchy table??

At 8:00 we were seated in the nicest circular booth and our server was very friendly. He didn't ask if we ate Flemings and started telling us how to use an iPod for wine, and he also thought I should eat red meat more often, because he told us how dry meats are better
than other old meats. Stephen and I decided to share the steak, so we each ordered a starter, he got the Wedge Salad, I got the Shrimp Cocktail, then we ordered the NY Strip to share, with 2 sides: Authentic Onion Rings , and Onion Mashed.
The food was good, and they got 4 stars but honestly I think 3 stars is enough. Luckily, I got my Costco gift card ($100 card for $79.99) and with a mail-in discount ($40 off the bill if you spend $100) our $121 meal came to $81!
1. Bravo Brio Restaurants
That's the best way to eat at Flemings! There is LOTS of free parking, so I don't know why people like it.. but if you want to impress your date, go for it. Just 10 steps down from where I parked. The whole family reached out to try Fleming's for Mother's Day.
Simply put, Fleming's steakhouse charges slice prices but is really out of place and lacks both quality in terms of food and atmosphere. As a local I don't consider all of Las Vegas Blvd a rope. The strip starts after the Welcome to Las Vegas sign.

It is located in Town Square which is the best outdoor shopping complex in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, it's also DIRECTLY under the runway and your meal will almost certainly be interrupted several times by a large plane flying confusingly close in the sky. The meat was good, but not up to Vegas standards.
I have a bone in ribeye that is good but $50+ is not good. My wife and daughter's files were both on the dry side which caused my daughter to dip hers in bear sauce which she doesn't normally do. The best dish was probably my son's overpriced pork.
2. Pothole
The sides weren't too special. The service was great - no complaints there, but when you serve so much dough, eating has to be an experience. The environment is lacking. There's nothing wrong with food - just not the right amount. I've had comparable meals with Black Angus or Outback.
Fleming's is a cut above those places but that's about it. If the steaks were in the $30 range, I'd be back. For locals thinking of trying this place I would say don't bother. Give me Delmonico's or Hank's any day of the week for an exceptional Las Vegas/Henderson steak.
We ate here in early April and for a restaurant open for three I believe they are doing well. The chef is Travis Herbert and he has a good hand and a good feel for seasonal dishes. Our party often has a prime rib special for the day and it's definitely in my top 10 favorites.

One of our party does not eat meat and pronounced salmon to be perfect. The main wait staff is great although there are a few rough edges that need to be ironed out and the time in the kitchen hasn't come yet, which can be a bit difficult.
2. Pothole
Most of them are minor and of course, Chef Herbert will solve them soon. We prefer to take our wine to a steakhouse and found the $20 corkage very reasonable. This restaurant should shoot to the top in very short order. Flemings is expensive, but has good deals from time to time.
We went for their steak and lobster 3 course plan which was excellent. The service was good, not great, I ordered one of my favorite wines, and when he asked if I wanted another one he said I don't want red wine, when the bill came I saw that I got something different and more.

They also have a great happy hour at the bar. I've heard really good things about this place and since I love a good piece of beef, I had to give it a try.
First I will say that the service was good, not the best I've ever had, but very good. I had the $50 ribeye, baked potato and wedge salad. First, the steak was good, perfectly cooked, medium rare, but a little tasteless. The thing that annoyed me the most about the steak was the big chunks of chewy gristle running through it.
