To use Fitbit Pay, you need a payment-enabled Fitbit device and the Fitbit app for iOS, Android, or Windows. You can use Fitbit Pay to pay at stores that accept American Express contactless payments. To provide the best Fitbit Pay experience, we will display certain account information on your device, such as data about your recent purchases for each card you chose to use with Fitbit Pay, but not all of your account information.

We will never share your physical card account number with Fitbit. If you have additional questions about your device's security features, please contact Fitbit directly. Your Fitbit Pay card is protected by your four-digit PIN. For your security, before you can make a purchase with Fitbit Pay, your device must be unlocked by entering your 4-digit PIN.
Please note that when the device is on your wrist and you unlock the device with your 4-digit PIN, the device will remain unlocked for 24 hours or until it is removed from the wrist, whichever comes first. Therefore, if your device is already unlocked at the time of purchase, you may not need to enter your 4-digit PIN.
