In mid-century Wisconsin, two brothers of beloved Midwestern farmers decided to leave their mark on the world. One's name is Blain, the other is Mills - and they have a killer idea. They decided to start selling equipment to their peers wholesale and at competitive prices.
The restaurant did well and attracted customers from miles around, and soon they opened a new branch. But in the midst of their success, the rivalry between the two brothers grows fiercer by the day. What was the straw that broke the camel's back? Some say it's a business dispute - profit sharing, where to open a new location.
Others say it's personal—stolen girlfriends, too many harsh words or social insults. Whatever it is, the result is indisputable - a bitter family struggle like no other. The business was split into two: Mills Fleet Farm and Blain's Farm & Fleet. And they never spoke to their husbands again.

Some kind of horse gear or some kind of footwear. It's very cheap entertainment and education. Not a very exciting story, little company and no blood feud , but it's still a good story - one of Wisconsin farmers, intelligence, enterprise, thrift, and, above all, culture. In 1955, Wisconsin retailers were subject to stricter minimum markup laws than they are today. That means stores can't discount
