The free printable Easter cards we're sharing today feature colorful Easter eggs that are sure to bring a smile to any child's face. Every year for Easter, one of our holiday traditions is to fill a basket or bucket for each of our children with small toys, books, candy and treats.
As you know, at Easter, there are chocolate bunnies, soy, sweets and candies to put in the Easter basket. So I try to find at least one or two non-candy snacks to balance out all the sugar in our kids' Easter baskets. Several years ago, I made these beautiful Cheddar Bunny Carrots using a cellophane bag folded into a carrot shape.
How To Make Treats With Free Easter Gift Tags
To make it orange for the carrots, I filled the bag with bunny-shaped cheddar crackers. Over the years, I've filled small cellophane bags with various flavors of rabbit-shaped graham crackers. Every year I find different Easter gift tags to stick on the bag. One year it was a cute "Somebunny Loves You" tag.

Then another year I shared our free printable Happy Easter sign. And, most recently were these cute Easter bunny gift tags. This time I did a fun little variation on the Happy Easter message and went with "Oh Hoppy Day" for the treat bags. Once you have the files, print the colored Easter gift tags on white cardstock. Start by cutting the labels. For straighter lines, I suggest using a paper cutter. But if you just want to hope with it and get to work, then use scissors! Then punch and punch a hole in the upper left corner.
2. Cut And Punch The Easter Gift Tags.
You will use this hole to attach an Easter gift tag to the treat bag. Now fill the cellophane bag with whatever special treats you want to use for your child's Easter basket. To tie the Easter gift tags to your bag, you can use ribbon or twine.
For ours, I first secure the top of the grooming bag closed with a twist. Then I wrapped the twine around and around the top until the twine was covered. I then hung one end of the string through the hole in the Easter gift tag.
Then I tied the rope into a cute and simple bow. Repeat this entire process with the remaining cellophane bags until you have enough treats for your child's entire Easter basket.
