All Door County businesses are encouraged to accept Door County Gift Certificates, but not all businesses do. Some chain stores such as McDonald's, Subway, Target and Walmart do not accept them. Please contact the business prior to your visit to ensure they accept gift certificates.

Click here to see which businesses typically accept them. No! Door County Gift Certificates never expire! Previous certificates have expired but can still be used. You don't need to exchange them for newer ones. If your total purchase is less than the value of the gift certificate, you should be refunded, just as if you were spending money.

Certificates are available in $10, $25 and $50 denominations, but you can purchase multiple certificates if you want to give someone a larger amount. To ensure tracking of our gift certificates, we ship them by First Class Priority Mail. This allows us to include a tracking number in your shipping email.
yes There are certain times of the year when you can come and collect your gift vouchers at our Visitor Centre. If available, "pick up" will be an option during the checkout process. See our opening hours to plan your visit. We will be happy to see you!
