No Fees, No Worries
The scanner is a nice touch. Now... the only thing I don't like is the search bar. Can you make it more user friendly? Like, if I want deodorant or toilet paper... why can't I just type "toilet paper" or "deodorant" and all relevant coupons will pop up.
I don't like that you have to enter the BRAND NAME. I'm a mom on a budget, a lot of times I don't focus on brand names, I just want the deal! Sometimes I feel like I'm missing out on a lot of great coupons because I can't search the app by the actual product name instead of the brand name.

Plus who has time to search through all your great coupons anyway. I feel that with that change I would be able to act more effectively. Until then, I will continue to use the scanner function. Family Dollar in Adairsville Ga. is fantastic! These ladies are amazing, they are always willing to go out of their way to help you find things and they ALWAYS have a kind word to say!!!
That's why I drive 35-40 minutes away and drive past the family dollar in my own town to go there. However, the Family Dollar in Cartersville has the rudest staff of people I have ever met. And the worst is the person you hired to represent your company.
Pay Ahead
Beth and I have had several encounters that were less than civil!! She accused me right in front of other customers of trying to return items that didn't belong to your store, when in fact I had proof of my purchase, but I took the wrong item out of my cart, I just had to exchange it and
she would have seen me wrong and HENS! But instead she yelled and made a fuss and told me and my 5 year old that we "better NEVER" come back to her store and she called ALL the stores in the area to warn them about me.
This is not the only bad incident or encounter we have had with her, I have called and emailed your company more than once and NEVER once did I get a response. So now if there is something I really want or need from your store, I drive to the Adairsville store.

I am not really happy with the customer service that Vicki (cashier) provides to many of the family dollar/dollar thirty customers. There have been many occasions where I have come into the store and she simply refuses to serve me. I understand that you have the right to refuse service to unruly people and/or rude customers, but just not wanting to serve a person for no apparent reason feels WRONG.
Buy Online And In-Store
The last time she served me was over 4 months ago and she sneezed into her hands and of course I said bless you but when she went to collect my items I kindly asked her to use a hand sanitizer and she very got belligerent about it and dropped the change on the counter and stared down with me for a bit.
I put the change on the counter and tried to report her to the store manager, who honestly went in one ear and out the other. I feel a little uncomfortable coming to this store now knowing that she always calls someone else to serve me.
Even though there is a line, she rings the bell and makes other customers wait. I come to this place because it is convenient for me. I don't have to feel ashamed or anything spending my money at my family's place. She is an employee not the owner.
