I love it! For some reason, I love wrapped gifts. It's almost therapeutic for me. Play some Christmas music and let's go to town! We pack a large group of girls and send out close to 100 gifts an hour, EVERYTHING! Dillards had or probably still has eight numbered rolling options.
We'll find that a lot of men, especially given a certain number of occasions, will give an average of about 10 gifts. And, I'll go to work. As Christmas approaches, we are very busy. I still instinctively wrap every gift in Dillard's Man. And, I thought I'd share it with you.

You'll need high-quality paper, tissue paper, gift boxes, stickers, ribbons, staplers, scissors, fun tape, plain scotch tape, and double-sided tape to start with. And of course, don't forget the Christmas music (my favorite Pandora channel is Mariah Carey Holiday.) Open the edges and place two sheets on top of each other, one on top of the other.
Taking two pieces of cloth, fold the cloth in half to fit the box. Fold the cell sections together. We'll put Dillard's glue on top to hold the cells together. In the shirt box, open the wrapping paper. Lay your box flat on the paper. You want to leave about 2 inches on each side. I love the paper and the cutting lines. Pull the short end and stick it to the box with plain scotch tape.
Now take the long end and pull hard on the box. Run your finger along the edge of the box and fold under it. Attach a piece of double-sided tape to the edge of the box and press the dangling end onto it. Using plain scotch tape, attach the top to the box.
Now put a piece of double sided tape on the bottom edge, pull it up and stick it to the box. Now turn the box over and press your fingers on all sides of the box. Cut enough ribbon to wrap around the box and tie a knot.
Now make a few turns of ribbon for the front and back of the bow. Cut off the excess. midpoint. Tie the long ribbon to the knotted ribbon and the short ribbon. Like a shirt box, place two sheets of white paper on top of the box, one on top of the other.
