A Small Gift is a discounted item that can be obtained by doing a variety of tasks in the Dream City area, such as clearing lost sectors or patrolling to name a few.
These small gifts can be considered a type of cat in the Destiny 2 universe that you can give to small cat statues hidden in various locations in Dream City. Only one Mini Gift can be won per character per week and there are only 9 cats that can be won.

Use the platforms on the inner walls of the castle to climb to the top. Once there, go to your right and you will see a picture of a cat looking out of a large window. Exit the observatory and go to the area where you fought Elikaa.

Look for a crack in one of the outer walls and go through it. Follow the bridges, paths and stairs until you reach a platform where the path goes through the rocks. To your left, there will be a crack low enough to jump over.
On the other side is a second cat hiding in a bush. Head to the upper edge of the Divilian Mist near the cave tunnel leading to Rheasilvia. Jump over the cliff and go to the lower platform that connects to the cave. Enter the cave and you will see a third cat to your right.
When you exit the cave tunnel from Divilian Mists and enter Rheasilvia, take the path on the left side of the bridge that goes down to Thank Blight. Go through the blight and notice the small rock formations before the path turns right. Look behind him and you'll see a fourth cat standing on a tree branch.

Climb the tree to find the eighth cat. Climb north to the end of Harbinger's Seclude and return to the right side of the large archway. Use the ledges on the side of the cliff to climb up and reach the rooftop area of the building on the right.
