Been playing for a long time, does anyone remember which class is best to start with I find it strange that bandits have the second highest trust and still have the lowest attunement. They have the power of miracles, but electronic games do not. Same with explorer, third highest customization but below average int and confidence knight is a good starting class so is bandit really?
Not a Pyromancer? I mean, come on! They have a filthy rotten priest for Gwyn's sake! Shame, insatiable courage! After listening to tips on how to deal with NPCs you have no interest in, I discovered that the default hidden class in Dark Souls is Ashole.

It's a pain at first due to the lack of hard hits, but once you level up the stats (for example, the Dranglic armor set) it becomes easier.
The learning curve teaches you how to be gentle when playing, however recommend it for a first contact class, I had a blast with it and I'm only half way through the game (4 special boss souls (Sinner and Elder Iron King)) but to adapt to any situation with this class
