Pre-ordered products can be canceled from the time the order is placed until the order reaches our distributors (a 10% service fee may apply, please see "Cancellation Policy"). Please contact support@poke-collect.com for all cancellation requests. Product distribution is not known until the distributor orders. We always try not to oversell products to avoid cancellations.
Although unlikely, distributors will in some cases let their buyers know about the product. The most compact products are special items outside the general range or standard products. (EX. HIDDEN FATE, HERO'S PATH, SPECIAL COLLECTOR SETS ETC) We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and issue a full refund to the buyer prior to completing the order.
This is always our worst case scenario if all other options fail in product offering. If your order is flagged as a fraud risk (eg wrong billing/shipping address, missing CVV code, incorrect IP address etc.) we will most likely cancel your order. You may contact us if you believe the risk of fraud is false for another purchase attempt.
If you place multiple orders for items with a "one customer limit", additional orders will be canceled unless otherwise specified. Buyers who abuse this rule by creating multiple names, addresses, etc. will have all orders canceled and will not be allowed to purchase that product.
