On Saturday, Nov. 12, the center will host its annual tree lighting event and concert featuring live performances by pop singer Jax and country rapper Breland, fireworks, Denver Broncos cheerleaders and Castle Rock firefighters. COLORADO SPRINGS - The 38th annual Trees of Life Community Tree Lighting Ceremony will be held on Saturday, November 12 at 5:00 p.m.

LONE TREE — Christmas music lovers, rejoice! Denver radio station KOSI 101.1 returns to Christmas music every year on Friday, November 11 at 12:00 p.m. The station will hold a special event at Park Meadows Mall. This is the 21st year that KOSI 101.1 FM has switched to a Christmas music format.
The annual Denver tradition draws more than a million local listeners each week. LOVELAND — Jurassic Quest, America's largest dinosaur event, returns to The Ranch Events Complex on Friday, Nov. 11. Guests will travel through the Cretaceous, Jurassic and Triassic periods with life-sized dinosaurs, from very small to gigantic.
Jurassic Quest features over 100 dinosaurs that roar, move and walk. The event also features live entertainment, inflatables, bounce houses, craft stations and scavenger hunts. Located downtown on Tejon Street in Acacia Park, Colorado Springs Skate in the Park will be open most days through January 31st. LONGMONT - Longmont celebrates Veterans Day with an annual community parade downtown. The parade begins on Eighth Avenue and continues south on Main Street to Third Avenue.
The parade then turns north on Coffman Street and ends at Roosevelt Park. The Veterans Day Parade will begin at 11:11 a.m. on Friday, November 11. DENVER - The 2022 Stanley Cup champion Colorado Avalanche will continue their three-game homestand at Ball Arena on Saturday, November 12.
