Our ice cream was ordered, I paid the bill, paid in full with a gift card on an app I had never seen or used in my life. And adding more credit to Cold Stone, "art" is not my thing!! But their ice cream sure is!!

waiting I ordered online for pickup and had to wait for the estimated time to elapse. I did not receive my order until 35 minutes after the estimated pickup time. 5 people came in behind me and had to wait for their order to go online while each customer had to be helped.

The employee got bogged down with the orderly process of customers and did not start preparing the online order until 25 minutes after it was supposed to be picked up. I want a refund but they already charged me online and I can't get an employee to help me, so I'm waiting patiently.
When they prepared my order they made a mistake. Should I not order online? Should I go in and order because they have completed at least 5 trips on the order before I even start working. I ordered banana caramel crunch with dough and got vanilla ice cream with 3 frozen bananas, that's it.

No caramel no cookie dough, definitely not worth the money I spent. Plus it came in a smaller container than I originally ordered. I ordered a quarter size so I was very disappointed. I think it might be busy but at least be polite about it and explain that it won't wait forever and stare at 2 employees who won't let you stand there for more than 30 minutes.

Thank you in advance! The app works great but I think they need more people working behind the counter. The order is done and it's not done yet but I can see why. I arrived to reserve and the place was full of people and after waiting 10 minutes I waited another 10-15 minutes.
It's not the staff's fault as I can see they are busy. But advice, don't allow online ordering if you don't have staff to complete the order on time. We are very sorry to hear about your experience at the store level. If we can get you to send us an email with the exact location, a summary of your experience and your order number, we'll make sure it goes out to the store so they can plan how to proceed.
