She dismissed me and told me to wait. I ordered online for pickup and had to wait for the estimated pickup time. My order was not received 35 minutes after the estimated pickup time. 5 people walked in after me and had to wait for their online orders, but every walk in customer was helpful as soon as possible.
The employee walked right through the customer's order and didn't even start preparing my online order until 25 minutes after it was supposed to be taken. I wanted to pay but they already paid me online and couldn't get the staff to help me, so I waited patiently.

They made a mistake when they prepared my order. Shouldn't I pre-order? I had to walk in and order as they completed at least 5 walk orders before starting mine. I ordered the banana caramel sundae with cookie dough cookies and vanilla ice cream with 3 frozen banana slices, that's it.
No caramel cookie dough, definitely not worth the money I spent. Plus it came in a smaller container than I originally ordered. I ordered the square size so I am very disappointed. I understand it can be busy but at least be polite about it and explain what the wait is forever and 2 employees won't agree that you have been waiting there for more than 30 minutes.

This doesn't sound like the ultimate ice cream experience we want for you and all our customers. Thank you customers in advance with the location of the store you ordered from, including your order #! The app works well but I think they need more people to work behind the counter.
When the order is complete it is not yet complete but I can see why. I got to the store and the place was full of people and after waiting for 10 minutes I had to wait another 10-15 minutes. It's not the staff's fault as I can see they are busy.
