Did not receive order until 35 minutes after estimated pickup time. 5 people walk in behind me and also have to wait for the online order when every walk in the customer is helped as soon as possible.
Employees were overwhelmed filling customer orders and didn't start preparing my online order 25 minutes after it was supposed to be picked up. I want to get a refund but they already charged me online and I can't find the employee to help me, I'm waiting patiently.
