Some cards purchased from places other than Clarks, such as supermarkets, may have a pre-denomination value which will be shown on the card at the time of purchase. Gift cards can be used to pay for orders in our Clarks stores and full price Clarks stores in the UK and ROI (Republic of Ireland).
This excludes other branded stores that stock Clarks in their range (Clarks Stockists). Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept gift card payments online. Gift cards can be purchased in our full price stores and Outlet UK and ROI (Republic of Ireland) stores, in addition to Clarks stockists.

You can also purchase a gift voucher on our website. Note: We do not accept Solo, American Express or PayPal. Gift cards purchased online will be sent by first class mail. A signature will be required. All special delivery orders must be placed by 3:00 p.m.
Orders placed on Sunday will take an extra day. You can spend your gift card in our full price stores and Outlet UK and ROI (Republic of Ireland) stores in addition to Clarks stores or online. You can use your gift card to purchase any product available in the store (except multiple gift cards).

You can use the gift card as partial payment for your purchase and use another payment method for the remaining balance. You can use up to 5 gift cards at once to cover the amount of your purchase. Any remaining balance after using your gift card to make a purchase will remain on the card for 24 months and can be used as payment on a future purchase.
When you receive a gift card, you will find its amount on the attached gift certificate (if purchased in store) or written inside the greeting card. You can check your balance here at any time. Enter the 19-digit card number and 4-digit PIN on the back of the card.
Deliver The Surprise
Alternatively, you may prefer to visit a Clarks store or contact us. The 19-digit gift card number is located under the barcode on the back of the card. The PIN is a 4-digit number that you find by scratching the corresponding panel above the barcode.
Be careful when scratching the panel as damaged gift cards will not be accepted. You can top up your £500 gift card at any store in the UK and Republic of Ireland. Cannot upload online. Gift card expires 24 months after purchase or last use, including balance check.
We will not refund any remaining balance after expiration. An e-gift is like a gift card, but it's sent to you by email. As with Gift Cards, eGifts can only be redeemed in UK Clarks and Clarks Outlet stores and on ROI. It's just the delivery method that's different;
