Any order placed from Wednesday to Friday will be shipped the following Monday. . Chocolate and heat-sensitive items will be transported in styrofoam dry ice coolers. A $10 "ICE" fee will be charged for each delivery address you see in your shopping cart at checkout.
Dry ice is released during transport after 48 hours. For this reason, you will need to select priority or expedited shipping for chocolate/heat sensitive products in order for your order to arrive in good condition outside of our two-day zone. Please see the transport map below.
All our orders are shipped via UPS. Currently, UPS does NOT guarantee delivery times, so we cannot guarantee when your order will arrive at your door. Baked Goods: To ensure freshness, all baked goods must be shipped to an address in the continental US. Layer cakes and other baked goods packed with dry ice have additional restrictions as described below.
Alaska and Hawaii: Products shipped to Alaska and Hawaii must be expedited to ensure quality as on-time delivery cannot be guaranteed. Our most delicate products are packed in custom-made styrofoam dry ice coolers to ensure constant cooling from our bakery to your door. The following items are packed with dry ice year-round: Dry ice orders must be shipped to an address in the continental United States.
Items packed in dry ice should arrive quickly to ensure maximum freshness. To prevent products from melting on weekends, products packed in dry ice are only shipped from Monday to Wednesday.
