Now that I'm signed in, it takes forever to find the photos I want to make a book with because for some stupid reason the only location options it gives are "photo" or "Google Photos" - so why can't I choose photos from ANY FOLDER OR FOLDER OR ALBUM
on my phone just like any normal upload?? I also don't use Google Photos! I have Google Drive, why can't I connect to it? It's taken me more than "5 minutes" to try to figure this out so far and I'm ready to ask for a refund just because of the damage to this app!
There are so many other printables from photo apps on your phone that I use that do far better than this, like FreePrints, FreeGifts, PhotoExpressions, etc. We appreciate your comment, Sarah. My kids gave me a Father's Day Talk Book, there's a new talk every month since last June and it's the best. The gift that keeps on giving. Now there are many books on the coffee table in our living room, and the covers tell an amazing story.

Where are the instructions please? Hi Deb, Thanks for the rating. To add photos to your monthly book, follow these instructions: 1) Open the Chatbooks app 2) Click the main button in the lower left corner 3) At the top of the screen you will see your subscription.

4) Click on the "add photo" button 5) Click on the month you want to start with. 6) Select 30 photos7) After you select 30 photos, a "send to print" button will appear. Good quality, but the photos seemed a little dark. My daughter loves looking at her book!

I see that your subscription was canceled on 1/3/2023. and that you have been refunded to the original payment method. I have emailed you directly and look forward to working with you further. I would not recommend this site for pictures, I spent over 200.00 on two books and the pictures didn't even fill the page, the books look stupid and the quality of the book is terrible.

Our support team is one of the best! Thank you for your positive rating! I liked the Chatbooks products, but I got a warning from a third party that my account with them was compromised. It would be nice to learn this from them. I have spent the last three days and a series of emails trying to close the account to no avail.
It cannot be closed from your account; you must contact customer support. The representative initially gave me incorrect information about accessing the account number needed to close the account. After submitting the correct information, I received another email saying that I would be contacted after the account was deleted.
