Check it out + enjoy you so much. Download the app today! It's really cool that you can select the date and it keeps crashing when I try to make an app. Disappointed. The app has done this to me a few times now when ordering - I select "today" and it automatically has an appointment the next day.
I didn't pay attention to the day, considering I had already chosen "today", I went for my appointment that day and was disappointed and angry when they didn't say until tomorrow. Thinking maybe I did something wrong the first time I used this app... I got rid of it.
The same thing happened to me today and luckily I caught this app and it changed the date before I got into my appointment! Developers need to fix something... or give "today" as an option when trying to save. The app doesn't allow you to change the date when selecting the date/time.

Annoying. This app has always crashed. Also, your apps are lost when you log in now, so you can't be sure of the time if you have multiple apps ready in one day. After logging in, it's all off to the app for the day.

What if I want to reschedule or cancel an appointment? Life is uncertain. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you want to cancel or reschedule your appointment and 48 hours notice for random experiences or multiple service visits.
Bookings can be easily arranged or canceled via our website or app. Gift cards from PENZONE Salon + Spas make the perfect gift for any occasion! Gift cards can be purchased at any salon location, over the phone, on our app or online. A $1,000 order can be placed online in one trade.

Guest Services (614.418.5350) will gladly process one-dollar orders. An e-gift card is a gift card that is sent directly to you or the recipient after completing a purchase. After receiving the email, the recipient can print or save the PDF attachment and return the gift card to any PENZONE Salon + Spa location.
PENZONE Salon + Thank You eGift Cards are non-transferable. Recipients must provide a photo ID that matches the name on the e-gift card. A copy of the e-gift card and a valid photo must be presented at checkout. Electronic gift cards that cannot be read, copied or altered in any way are invalid.

Technical issues with e-Gift Cards must be received by PENZONE Salon + Spas within three days of purchase. Mario Tricoci Salon on Townsfair Way will close on April 11 as the company focuses on efforts in other markets.
