Tried another login method and it didn't work. Tried creating a new account, but since I only have one phone number and it's already linked to my existing account, it won't let me. When I try to log in as I. The past I enter my email address and password and the login button darkens to show that it was clicked, but then nothing.
No screen change, nothing. If I go to the website I am still asked to log in. If I try to order through the app, everything is fine until I go to complete the order, when it again tells me to either sign in or create an account.
However, I still have access to the notifications that the app sends me (the special reward messages in the app), which even have my name on the list. Very disappointing. If it still worked I would give it a full 5 stars…. As a former employee, I had "bought" into this concept.
