This is a terrible mistake! I tried twice to pay with PayPal. A couple of times I got emails from PayPal saying I was charged. And I got a notification that my bank account was charged twice! So my initial thought is that your customer service can help clear this up.
Another big mistake. I spoke to the first rep and he said he didn't see any orders. Then he asked for my credit card information. I gave it to solve. Then he told me to transfer to sales department. Later I was transferred to someone else.
The guy asked for my card information again. At this point I was disappointed in the past. I told him I was thinking of ordering. His response was "Well, I don't see the order here" and he remained silent. I told him to forget it.

I made 3 attempts to order using the gift card we were given for our new baby. I shopped at Carters but it was my first experience shopping online and I was not happy. I entered my gift card information and then placed my order, only to find that they charged the full amount to my credit card and did not apply my gift card.
So I had to call customer service to cancel my order so I could reorder with the gift card. I ordered again and it also said on the checkout screen that my gift card was applied and it was. Boom, my credit card was once again charged the full amount, so I had to call customer service again so they could cancel the order again.

Now with $200+ pending on my credit card, I was told that the first two canceled orders will be removed from my statement... I really hope they do or I will have to dispute it.
