Aceh but my target this time is Cage XII Cemetery. In the Acehnese language, cage means tomb or tomb. So this is not a cage where animals hide. Kandang XII Cemetery is a small place where the 12 sultans of Aceh and their families rest.

This tomb is covered by large trees and a building without walls. This makes the atmosphere around the earth cool and comfortable even during the day when the hot sun burns the earth. In front is a notice board made of zinc, with the names of those buried here.
Actually, not all residents are listed in the name list on this board, for some reason. Another interesting thing, one of the names listed on the board is not that of the Sultan of Aceh but Kadhi Malikul Adil or someone comparable to someone who currently holds the position of Attorney General.

Was Kadhi Malikul Adil a royal relative? Who knows... Entering the complex we are greeted by rows of well-kept tombstones. In fact, there are gravestones whose condition appears to have been recently repaired. But unfortunately the solution seems very stupid. The cement used for plastering appears to have been carelessly applied.

But this is only a small part of the problem. Another point to note is the absence of tomb guards here. This may be because the visitors are so relaxed that the work of the narrator is unnecessary.
