In most cases, your points should be available on your Carhartt.com profile within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase. However, it may take up to ten (10) business days for Points from eligible purchases to be credited to your Groundbreakers Loyalty Program account. How will I be notified when I have enough points to redeem?
You can check the points in your account at any time on your member's profile page on Carhartt.com, at a Carhartt store, or by calling customer service at 800.794.0692. All points that have not been converted to rewards will expire twelve (12) months after the date of the recorded purchase for which the points were earned.
