You can visit us every day from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm to buy most of what you see on this website. Cape Cod is a 65-mile-long peninsula submerged in sparkling waters off the coast of Massachusetts. It was originally named for Bartholomew Gosnold, an explorer sea captain who noticed an abundance of fish in the surrounding waters in 1602, thus naming the peninsula Cape Cod.
Since then, influenza has figured prominently in Cape Cod history. It wasn't until 1997 that a local Cape Cod family honored the fish with a depiction of "The Cape Cod", the first symbol to repeat the shape of the peninsula and the shape of the cod fish.
