Served more people and I asked for a refund, then I got an order, I ordered from my car app, then went in to request a pickup. I went to the bathroom first and then went out to the order counter. My order was not there.

Three people stood in line to submit their application. The three of them ordered and started waiting for their order with me. First one of them received his order, then the second. After that I asked the seller about my order. I showed him my order number on my phone.
He then walked over and looked at what I thought was a screen displaying commands. Then he left and went to take an order from someone else. After picking up that person, he approached and accepted the third person's order. This left me and the last person to come in waiting for our orders.
After a few minutes, he handed it to the last bringer. At this point I said can I at least get my money back? Then he went on board with my chicken sandwich and apple pie, put them in a bag and gave them to me and left.

Thanks As a busy graduate student, this app has been a lifesaver. I can always pick something up quickly for a snack or a meal; My points will continue to increase. But like the previous poster, I can order on this app and sometimes no one will know you're waiting.

I live outside of Douglas but also use it when traveling to Sierra Vista and Tucson. One particular time I ordered from my main (actually only) store location here in Douglas and ended up waiting 30 minutes. I still had to go to the store and place my order for which they still owe me roughly $7-$10 for the food.
I didn't care at the time, I was waiting for an order (but the customer service was bad). I was going to pick it up but no one acknowledged my presence even though my car was parked in the pickup slot, no sorry...nothing. They gave me an incomplete order to fill.

After waiting for 30 minutes, I only managed to get out of there. Now I've had the app for quite some time, at least a year, and now it doesn't want to work. I haven't changed phones, I still have the I phone 12 pro max.
Now every time I want to order through this app it tells me I have to log in even though I'm on the home page. It won't even show me the list. I register my phone again and I get a screen that says the page could not be loaded, please try again later.
So this app basically became useless overnight. What a disappointment. Recently I had to apply three times because the app stopped when the screen went to sleep. Luckily it only cost me once. I pre-ordered on the way to the restaurant. After placing the order, my screen turned off on the way there.

When we got to the restaurant, there was no record of my order on the app. My debit card was recently destroyed so Apple Pay was the only option until my new card arrived. So I tried to place the order at the restaurant, but the whole app went through, which meant I had to log in again.

For some reason I'm not logged in. I kept getting error messages. We were in a hurry, so I had to leave the restaurant. The app started working again when we got home, and since my husband had promised nuggets for our little one, I went back to eat (I really didn't mind).
Since I had trouble ordering at a restaurant, I placed the order at home and then left. Again, the request was not registered. Fortunately, the whole app didn't go through on time and I was able to place the order at the restaurant. It took 25 minutes to get my food to the car, I doubt I will use the app again.
It was such a hassle and took so much longer than walking around or even asking for a door panel. Other stores, like chick fil a, have figured out how to let people place orders before they arrive at the restaurant. It seems that it will not be difficult to do this.
